TERMS OF SALE

Nærwear ApS · naerwear.com · Last updated 22 September 2026

In short. You buy a STUND from Nærwear ApS, a Danish company. Prices are fixed price tags in euro, and in US dollars, Canadian dollars or yen if you shop from the United States, Canada or Japan; they include VAT where it applies. Shipping is a flat 12 € worldwide (14 $, 19 CA$ or 2,000 ¥ in those three countries). You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and two years to complain if something is wrong with the watch. Below is the full version, written to be read.

1. Who you are buying from

Nærwear ApS
Degnevangen 32
2750 Ballerup, Denmark
CVR (company registration) 43901885
support@naerwear.com

We are the seller and your contract is with us. Payment is handled by Stripe and parcels are handled by our shipping partners, but if anything goes wrong, you write to us and we sort it out.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made on naerwear.com. By placing an order you accept them. They do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in; where that law gives you more, you keep more.

3. The products

STUND is a wristwatch. The current model has a 41 mm stainless steel case, an interchangeable strap and a button cell battery. Straps are available in genuine leather or vegan leather, and you choose the color of its crown; each STUND comes with 1 crown. Exact specifications, materials and what is in the box are stated on the product page at the time you order, and those statements are part of the contract.

Colors on screen depend on your display. Leather is a natural material and varies from strap to strap; that variation is not a defect.

Two things worth knowing before you buy. The watch is rated IP54: it withstands splashes and rain, not swimming or showering. And it contains a button cell battery — keep the watch, and any spare battery, away from small children.

4. Prices, VAT and currency

Prices are set in euro. If you shop from the United States, Canada or Japan, we show and charge a fixed price in US dollars, Canadian dollars or yen instead: 249 $, 339 CA$ or 36,900 ¥ for the watch. These are price tags we have set, not conversions. They do not move with the exchange rate, and the price on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. Which currency you see depends on the country you are visiting from; everyone else pays in euro, and your bank may convert that to your own currency at its own rate.

For deliveries inside the EU, the price includes VAT at the rate that applies in the country the order is delivered to. For deliveries outside the EU, no VAT is charged and the price is the same; the difference is what lets us prepay import duties where our carrier offers it (see section 7).

Shipping is 12 € for every order, worldwide — 14 $ to the United States, 19 CA$ to Canada and 2,000 ¥ to Japan — shown as a separate line before you pay.

If a price on the site is obviously wrong — a typo, a misplaced decimal — we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5. Ordering and when the contract is made

You choose your configuration, add it to the cart and pay through Stripe’s checkout page. When your payment goes through, we send an order confirmation to the email address you gave. That confirmation is our acceptance and the moment the contract is made. Keep it; it is also your receipt.

We may decline an order — for example if a product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, you are refunded in full and told why.

To order you must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

6. Payment

We accept the cards, wallets and local payment methods that Stripe offers for your country at checkout. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Payment is taken when you confirm the order. Some methods (for example Klarna and MobilePay) confirm a little later; your order is placed when the payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

We ship from Denmark to the countries listed at checkout. Orders are usually handed to the carrier within [[HANDLING TIME, e.g. 1–3 business days]]. Typical delivery times after that: [[DENMARK]] · [[REST OF EU]] · [[USA AND CANADA]] · [[REST OF WORLD]]. These are estimates, not promises; carriers have bad weeks. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, write to us and we will either find it or refund you.

You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel ships.

Duties and import taxes outside the EU. If you order from outside the EU, import VAT, duties and any carrier handling fee are your responsibility. They are set by your country, not by us, are not included in our price, and the carrier will usually collect them before handing over the parcel. Please check what applies where you live before ordering. One exception by the carrier’s rules: parcels to the United States travel with duties prepaid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery there. If a parcel is refused because import charges were not paid, we refund the price of the goods minus our actual costs of shipping it out and back.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you have asked to receive it.

8. Your right to change your mind — 14 days

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominated) received the watch, without giving a reason. This is the EU right of withdrawal, and we extend the same 14 days to customers everywhere.

How to cancel. Tell us in a clear statement before the 14 days are up — an email to support@naerwear.com is enough. You may use the form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to. The deadline is met if you send your message before it expires.

Then send it back. Return the watch to us within 14 days of telling us, to the address in section 1. You pay for the return shipment. Please use a tracked service and pack it as it came; you are responsible for it until it reaches us. If you are returning from outside the EU, mark the parcel ”returned goods” so it is not taxed again on the way in.

Your refund. We refund everything you paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation — though we may wait until the watch is back with us or you have shown proof of sending it. We refund to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in.

Trying it on is fine; wearing it is not. You may handle the watch the way you would in a shop: open the box, try it on, look at it. If its value has dropped because it was used beyond that — worn for days, scratched, a strap stretched — we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

9. If something is wrong — two years

If the watch is faulty or not as described, you have the rights that the law gives you, and in the EU that means at least two years from delivery to complain. Depending on the fault you can ask for a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or, if the fault is not minor, your money back. If the complaint is justified, we cover the reasonable cost of sending the watch to us.

Write to us as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number and a photo or short description. Most cases are resolved by email.

What is not covered: normal wear, the battery running down (it is a consumable, expected to last up to 5 months), damage from water beyond splash exposure, drops, and changes you made yourself. Swapping the battery or the strap as described is not a change.

10. Complaints

Write to support@naerwear.com first; we answer within a few business days.

If we cannot agree, consumers in Denmark and elsewhere in the EU can complain to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution and, if that does not settle it, the Consumer Complaints Board:

Nævnenes Hus
Toldboden 2
8800 Viborg, Denmark
naevneneshus.dk

11. Personal data

How we handle your data is in our privacy policy and cookie policy. The short version: we use what is needed to deliver your order, and nothing else without asking you first.

12. Law

Danish law applies, without taking away any protection that the mandatory consumer law of your home country gives you. Disputes go to the Danish courts, or to the courts of your home country where consumer law lets you choose.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order. Earlier versions are available on request.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. An email with the same information works just as well.
